I only prescribe and recommend professional Chinese herbal combinations that are a part of the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I will not try and sell you any "herb of the month" or those that involve "kickbacks", "overrides", "clubs" or such. I feel that it is at least a conflict of interest for someone like myself to deal in these things.
Certain Chinese herbal products, personally made by me in my clinic are offered through my online herbal catalog. These may be purchased online. These products are based on established professional Chinese medical herbal practice and have been used hundreds of years by Chinese Doctors. Please see the information that is provided when the herbal catalog comes online.

If you email us about our website or with any questions, we may retain your email address for future notifications about the web site or our herbal catalog that may interest you. Of course you may notify us at any time to request that email not be sent to you.
If you purchase anything from us through Google or Paypal, your email address and mailing address will be sent to us by the respective companies and will be used by us and them in processing your order.

Your data is Not stored here. Since we use Google Checkout and Paypal as our payment system for our herbal products catalog, we DO NOT store any customer credit card billing information. Customer data is never is sent to this web site.

Also, for security reasons, I do not accept any email that comes in with an "attachment" to it. Do not send any files, text, photo or otherwise along with your email. Do not "forward" any one else's email to me, send any email with "html code" in it or "spam" me with unsolicited information. This type of email is automatically deleted without opening the email or opening the attachment.
Please consider using google.com as an internet search engine to look up your general questions first before emailing me. A lot of the email I receive could be answered by searching the web first. Google is what I use to answer your non-technical questions.
If you are a current, established client of mine, your call will be returned the same day if at all possible. If your are not a current patient, I will try and return your call within 24 hours. I do not return calls on weekends if you are not a current client. Also, I do not return calls on my days off (if any) during the week unless you are an established client with an immediate problem. I will usually answer your email within 24 hours, but I will try and answer the same day.
